Field Applications Engineer Hybrid Microcircuits
The purpose of the role is to:
-
provide proactive technical solutions support to the TTe Sales organisation, external customers and potential customers to ensure that BU sales and profit targets are achieved.

proactively obtain and analyse market information that can be used by the Power & Hybrid BU to identify and develop profitable new commercial opportunities through the NBO process
- continue to enhance the professional ‘technical solution’ image of the Power & Hybrid BU to further reinforce its specialist market position
You must hold a degree ideally in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent, and have several years’ practical experience gained in a technical development or product support role. You must have experience in technical sales development of hybrid microcircuit solutions, with in depth knowledge of hybrid & microcircuit design, chip & wire, thick film, and screening, together with an in depth knowledge of aerospace/military markets.
Excellent communication skills are required, including negotiation, influencing and presentation skills. You would need to be well organised with the ability to multi-task.
